Who doesn’t love pretty things, especially at their home? There is a new store in St. Joseph that specializes in beautiful home décor that you really should take some time to visit.
Juniper Lane is a locally owned store at 1113 Frederick Avenue. The store focuses on fun and unique home décor that you won’t find at big 
box stores.
They started as a pop-up shop in 2018, but recently opened a brick and mortar.
“I have always had a love for all things decor and design and am so excited to be bringing our dreams to life through Juniper Lane. When I’m not working on Juniper you can find me with my family or working on my other business, Fox Creek Designs,” Jamie Donaldson co-owner said.
Jamie’s business partner, Ashley Hess has the same excitement about home décor. “I have always had a passion for design, art and decor. I love to create and piece together an event or home,” Ashely said.
Not only can you purchase amazing home accessories, but they can also help you with design ideas and direction. The partners grew up together, taking shopping trips to small shops to find unique things. That’s how they came up with idea for their store. They wanted to fill a niche that they felt was missing in St. Joseph.
Another important part of their vision is to have space for local vendors who don’t have their own retail space. They want to pay it forward for other merchants and help them fulfill their dream of sharing the special products they create. Shoppers could see new pop-up merchandise change monthly or weekly.
