A great DJ can make or break a wedding, private event or any special occasion. Luckily, St. Joseph has a DJ making your next event one you’ll never forget. Danny Atkins Entertainment has been bringing music, dancing and energy to countless weddings and events across St. Joseph and Kansas City for the past three years, creating nights filled with laughter, fun and unforgettable memories.
Danny Atkins officially launched his business in November 2022, having previously worked as a DJ for seven years under another company. With ten total years of experience behind the booth, Danny has quickly become one of the most beloved local vendors in the Greater St. Joseph region. His mix of professionalism, personality and passion for music sets him apart from the crowd and keeps his schedule packed year-round.
Danny focuses primarily on giving couples an experience like no other, a celebration they’ll cherish for years to come. He has DJ’d more than 300 weddings and grows to love it more with each one. So far in 2025 alone, Danny Atkins Entertainment has booked over 60 weddings. Danny, along with his employee and twin brother Kenny, works hard to bring a one-of-a-kind party to every venue they touch, treating each event like it’s the biggest night of the year.
While weddings are the heart of Danny’s work, they’re far from all he does. Danny Atkins Entertainment also books private parties, school dances and public events, spreading his love for music with every crowd he meets. In fact, Danny DJ’d for the Big 12 Basketball Tournament at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City earlier this year, proof that his skills go far beyond the small stage and into the spotlight.

Finding a DJ for your next event has never been easier. With a personable approach, professional equipment and a decade of experience, Danny Atkins Entertainment knows how to keep the energy high and the good times rolling. Whether it’s a wedding, a milestone birthday or even a basketball tournament, Danny brings life, excitement and a contagious energy to every event he’s a part of.
